Some Do's & Don'ts To Goal Setting
I thought I would mention some useful Do's and Don'ts to get you
started faster in achieving your goals. I believe that when we
have so kind of quide to help us that it will make it easier to
get our goals achieved.
If you are still reading this, means that you want to start
setting goals and achieving them now not later. This can be a
quick guide that you can come back and read over again. As much
as needed to keep you focused and don't forget why you started
in the first place.
So Let's Get Started Now:
Visualize Your Desired Result.
Don't go into your goal with a negative attitude.
Write down your course of action in an easy step-by-step format
that can be checked off with each accomplishment.
Don't try to memorize all of the steps as most will be
forgotten.
Think Positive All The Time.
Don't let yourself be defeated with the negatives or set backs.
Surround yourself in motivating factors and keep them in easy
to spot locations.
Put up a note every where you can to remind you to take action.
Use those stickem notes that are easy to stick on mirrors and
refrigerators.
Don't forget the reason why you have set up your goals in the
first place.
Set your plan of action as soon as you know what you
want and
start right now. Don't delay, your future is in your hands and

Be realistic in your setting your goals.
Don't set your goals too high to achieve them.
Be specific in the goals you choose.
Don't set goals that are too vague.
Learn to be organized in your thinking patterns.
Don't let anything stand in the way of achieving your goals.
Make an effort to keep track of all of your achievements.
Don't downplay your achievements, you are keeping yourself
motivated.
Share your achievements with those around you.
Don't let yourself get side tracked, stay focused on your goals
